During 2017, FOX5 installed a complete new network and IT infrastructure for a new advocate building in Hazelwood, Pretoria. The building is a 5 story building with more than 160 members. The FOX5 signature network blueprint was further improved and implemented. The building was the first building with a 1000mb/s fiber internet connection and a 10GB/s fiber network in the building. The support model has been improved to accommodate support for more than 160 people with turnaround support times of less than 1 hour.
